Anthony’s background in preparing individuals to survive and thrive in the toughest environments provides unparalleled insights into building effective leaders and cohesive teams. Combined with a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership and ongoing doctoral studies in Curriculum and Instruction, our programs are both practical and evidence-based.

In addition to founding Fire Circle Dynamics, Anthony currently leads a dynamic team specializing in talent management, culture and engagement initiatives, talent development, and training and learning services at a leading healthcare organization. His robust background in leadership and team development includes a proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness through strategic talent development and innovative learning programs. His extensive experience includes facilitating experiential learning and development programs that transform potential into high performance.

Certified Expertise

Anthony is a Master Instructor, attained during his service as a US Air Force SERE Specialist. He is also an Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, utilizing these powerful tools to enhance leadership, team, and interpersonal development. His experience focuses on transforming potential into high performance by fostering environments of shared experiences and reflective learning.
