Our Leadership Development Pathway is crafted for leaders at all levels, focusing on two essential aspects of leadership: managing individuals and leading teams. Through interactive training and targeted coaching, you’ll acquire the skills and strategies needed to drive success both on a personal level and within your team or organization. The pathway is divided into two distinct focus areas:

Program Details

Module 1: Management

This module introduces leaders to the fundamentals of effective management using the Everything DiSC Management module. Participants will gain a deep understanding of their own leadership style and how it impacts their team. The training covers critical management skills, including setting expectations, giving feedback, and coaching team members. Leaders will learn to recognize and adapt their management style to meet the needs of their team, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.

  • Improve team motivation and performance: Enhance your ability to inspire and motivate team members, leading to improved performance and satisfaction.

  • Session 1: Your Management Style (90 min) 
  • Session 2: Direct & Delegate (60 min) 
  • Session 3: Motivation (60 min)

Module 2: Work of Leaders

This module focuses on enhancing strategic leadership skills using the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders module. Leaders will learn to create and communicate a compelling vision, align their team’s efforts towards common goals, and execute their plans effectively. The training includes case studies, simulation exercises, and peer feedback to help leaders refine their approach and ensure their leadership drives tangible results and aligns with organizational values.

Strengths-Based Leadership Coaching is an optional add-on to our Leadership Development Pathway designed to help leaders maximize their potential by leveraging their innate strengths. Using the CliftonStrengths framework, this coaching program provides personalized guidance to help leaders understand their unique strengths and how to apply them effectively in their leadership roles. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, leaders will develop tailored strategies to enhance their leadership capabilities, drive team performance, and achieve organizational goals.
