With extensive experience in resilience, leadership, and team dynamics honed under extreme conditions, Anthony’s background in preparing individuals to survive and thrive in the toughest environments provides unparalleled insights into building effective leaders and cohesive teams. He holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership, is pursuing doctoral studies in Curriculum and Instruction, and is an Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Certified Practitioner, as well as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
